Tuesday to Saturday in week 30, our monastery garden opens for hungry guests for lunch and dinner. The vegetables and animals of the season are transformed into a unique flavor explosion that can be enjoyed to various musical elements.

The kitchen is led by Mads Schriver - co-owner of the Aarhus restaurant Bardok.

Mads is known for its fabulous hand-rolled pasta, homemade sausages and charcuterie. From Mads' hand, simple, rustic craftsmanship with Central Asian inspiration is created. Book a table at the bottom of this page.
