Live Viyasa is experiential yoga where live music and a yoga class are interwoven into Live Vinyasa is born out of a burning desire to create music in the most genuine and vulnerable form, namely improvisation. 

The collaboration on improvisation between the musicians stared in 2017 where the seed was sown, and gradually it took root and became Live Vinyasa. All music is original music. 

The yoga class is organized so that there is room for movement, silence and listening space, so that the dynamics of the yoga and the music reflect each other and go hand in hand and guide the participant through a beautiful experience, where you have the opportunity to get down to the deepest layers of your self-awareness .
