Restorative yoga concert with Live Vinyasa ft. Miriam Swartz

Restorative yoga is a calm and slow form of yoga where, supported by pillows, blankets, cushions and blocks, you get the opportunity to melt completely into the positions. These positions open, create balance and strengthen your body from the inside. The benefits are diverse but some essential   are: better sleep, stress relief, rebuilt cells in the body, strengthens your immune system and cleanses your body.

Live Vinyasa invites you in with dynamic music that will help you melt even further into your practice. The music is centered around a chakra system and will stimulate you systematically through all the chakras.
