Live Vinyasa will give you a shared experience in your yoga practice. When we play, our focus is on creating a common presence in the room. We think that contact from person to person is something completely unique and with musical improvisations we want to build a space of sound and being in the present. With the frequencies and sound of the music, we strive to resonate with those present and create space for contemplation and provide security to let the world outside.
