Om begivenheden

On November 3, 2019, we will hold a yoga event in beautiful Aarhus in collaboration with yoga instructor Miriam Swartz. For the event, Miriam and lecturer Janni Ide Daugaard will teach restorative yoga and introduce yoga's holistic health system, Ayurveda. The yoga class is quiet, gentle and present, it is based on restorative positions that allow the body and mind to relax and de-stress. With the cooler change of season we are facing, it may just take a little extra to be in everyday balance. Janni will therefore give you a sense of which Ayurvedic type suits you best, and how Ayurveda can be used to create balance in your everyday life. There will also be a focus on how to look after your health during the autumn.

There will be beautiful live music from Vinyasa, which provides a different musical experience. It will create a present, peaceful and rewarding interaction between participants and teacher Miriam Swartz.

We also treat you to a delicious goodie bag containing, among other things, products Simply Chocolate, Meraki, Monograph, Novovita and Ecooking as well as a beautiful net from GAI+LISVA and a discount code for gai-lisva.dk. Your goodie bag has a total minimum value of DKK 350.

All levels and ages can join and all equipment and yoga mats are available.

There is a limited number of places, so hurry to secure your place for the event.
